One app for going out,
starting in London.

GoOuts brings cashback at local venues, food delivery and short stays together in one app with one wallet. Customers earn money back when they spend, and local businesses win new customers without paying for advertising upfront. We launch in London, then grow across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Rewards that feel like real money, because they are.

The average shopper carries five to eight loyalty apps and cards, and most of the value in them is never used. Points are worth pennies, they expire, and they only work in one shop. GoOuts fixes each of those problems in one app.

Instant cashback, not points
Customers earn between 5 and 15 percent back at local partners, and it lands in their wallet the moment they pay. Most supermarket schemes return around half a penny to a penny per pound, weeks later.
It never expires
Cashback stays in the GoOuts wallet until the customer chooses to use it. No deadlines, no use it or lose it emails, no value quietly disappearing.
Share it with family and friends
Customers can send their cashback to the people they care about in a couple of taps. Every share brings a new person into GoOuts at no cost to us.
Social Boost
Customers earn an extra reward when they post about a visit on Instagram or TikTok. They get paid for something they already do, and our partners get real word of mouth.
Use it abroad
With the GoOuts virtual card, customers will be able to spend their cashback through Apple Pay or Google Pay wherever cards are accepted, at home or on holiday. No other UK high street scheme travels with you.
One app for going out
The morning coffee, lunch, a takeaway at home and a weekend away all earn into the same wallet. That gives people a reason to open GoOuts every day, not once a month.

Built for the high street, not for online shopping.

Online cashback sites pay out weeks later on purchases people were going to make anyway. Supermarket points keep customers inside one chain. GoOuts works where people actually spend every day: their local cafes, restaurants, pubs, brands and many more.

A closed loop that grows itself
Cashback can only be spent at GoOuts partners. Every reward we pay sends a customer back to another local business, so each new partner makes the network more valuable for everyone already in it.
Partners pay only for results
Venues pay a fee on the sales GoOuts brings them, and part of that fee comes back to the customer as cashback. There is no upfront advertising bill, which makes saying yes easy for an independent business.
Growth built into the product
Referral rewards, cashback sharing and Social Boost turn customers into promoters. Our drivers can also sign up local venues and earn from them, so the partner network grows street by street.
Supply ready before launch
Drivers, short stay hosts and venues are signed up through their own apps before customers arrive, so there is something to spend on from the very first day.

A big market still running on plastic cards, paper stamps and long waits.

Shoppers love rewards, but the way rewards work today lets them down. These are the problems customers told researchers about, and how GoOuts answers each one.

Waiting weeks for cashback
Online cashback sits as pending until the retailer's return window has passed, often 30 days or more. Travel cashback only clears after the trip has happened.
GoOuts: cashback lands at the till, the moment you pay.
Cashback that never arrives
Tracking fails, a cookie is blocked or an unlisted code is used, and the reward disappears. Customers are left filing missing cashback claims that are often refused.
GoOuts: the reward is recorded with the payment itself, so there is nothing to track or claim.
Points that are never used
Over a quarter of UK loyalty points are never spent and around 12 percent simply expire. Shoppers miss out on an estimated £3 billion of savings every year.
GoOuts: cashback never expires and can be shared with family.
Too slow to earn anything useful
57 percent of shoppers say it takes too long to build up enough points, and more than a third say the rewards are not worth having.
GoOuts: 5 to 15 percent back from the first purchase, in real pounds.
Discount codes that do not work
Hunting for a code, only to see it rejected at the checkout, is a daily frustration. One UK study found around a quarter of codes tried by shoppers failed.
GoOuts: no codes to find. Pay at a partner and the reward is applied for you.
A different app for every shop
Every chain wants its own app, its own account and its own card. Three in four shoppers hold points in several supermarket schemes alone, plus paper stamp cards at cafes that get lost or forgotten.
GoOuts: one download, one account and one wallet for every partner, from coffee to food delivery to short stays.

No small print, no surprises.

Most reward schemes make money from rewards that are lost, expired or never claimed. GoOuts does not. We earn only when a customer spends at a partner, so we want every reward to be used.

For customersEvery purchase shows exactly how much cashback was earned, straight away. No pending balances, no hidden expiry dates and no conditions buried in the terms.
For partnersCommission is agreed in writing before a venue goes live. Settlement is paid every Monday, every order and fee is visible in the Merchant Portal, and partners can leave with 30 days notice.
For everyoneListings show the partner's own menu, prices and photos. Social Boost posts are checked before rewards are paid, so promotions stay honest for customers and partners alike.

London first. Then the rest of the UK, Europe and the USA.

We are proving the model in one city before we take it anywhere else. Once the London playbook works, the same software, the same partner tools and the same launch plan can be repeated city by city and country by country.

1
Months 1 to 4
Get London ready

Recruit drivers through GoOuts Enroll, sign up venues and short stay hosts, set up high street stand teams and build a customer waitlist on TikTok and Instagram.

2
Months 4 to 12
Launch in London

Open the customer app across 13 London zones, switch on instant cashback and online food delivery, and grow with stands, referrals and Social Boost.

3
Months 12 to 24
Across the UK

Scale the London zones that work, launch GoOuts Stay and Breakfast, then take the playbook to Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and other major cities.

4
Year 3
Europe

The same high streets, the same scattered loyalty schemes and a large short stay market. The platform is built to run in new countries and currencies.

5
Year 4 onwards
USA

The largest restaurant and local spending market in the world, where people already love cashback. We enter once the model is proven in the UK and Europe.

Timings are our current plan and will be adjusted to results in each market.

The hard part is already built
Five apps, an admin panel and a website are finished and in testing. Opening a new city is mainly about signing partners and finding customers, not writing new software.
Every city strengthens the network
Cashback can be shared and, with the virtual card, spent abroad. A customer from London is already a GoOuts customer when they visit Manchester, Paris or New York.
A repeatable launch plan
Drivers, hosts and venues are signed up before customers arrive, then high street stands and referrals bring people in. The same steps work in any city.

The product is built. Now we are getting ready to launch.

Customer app
Cashback at local venues, food delivery, short stays and Social Boost rewards, all paid in and out of one GoOuts wallet.
Partner tools
A merchant portal for restaurants, cafes, brands and many more, and a host app for short stay owners, with identity checks for every guest.
Delivery network
A driver app with its own sign up and verification app, so we can grow our own delivery team area by area.
Run by one team
An admin panel that manages partners, payouts and support in one place, built to keep running costs low as we grow.
