How it works

From listing to payout, in four steps.

STEP 01
List your property
Add your property details, photos and pricing through the GoOuts Host app. Your listing goes live once it's reviewed.
STEP 02
Guest books & verifies
A guest requests to book. They complete identity verification, so you're never accepting an unverified stranger.
STEP 03
Stay happens
The guest checks in and out. Their arrival photos are captured as evidence in case a damage claim is needed afterwards.
STEP 04
Payout is tracked
Once the stay is complete, your payout for that booking is recorded and visible in your earnings screen.

Being upfront: GoOuts Short Stay is currently in active build. Payment processing (Stripe) is being connected now, so payouts are tracked in the app but no live money transfer is running yet. We'll tell every host directly, in the app, the day real payouts switch on, and nothing here is presented as live until it actually is.
