No. Restaurants set their own prices, the same way they do anywhere else. A service fee and a delivery fee are added at checkout, both itemised before you pay, and some restaurants deliver free.
Each partner sets its own rate and it is shown on their page before you order, so you always know what you are earning.
On food orders it lands in your wallet once the payment is confirmed. Where you have bought something that can be returned, it is held for fourteen days to cover the return window and then released automatically.
Yes. Apply your wallet balance at checkout and choose how much of it to use.
While the order is still pending it is free. Once the restaurant has accepted it you have a five-minute window that is still free, and after that a cancellation fee applies. Once it is being prepared the fee is higher, and once it is on its way it can no longer be cancelled in the app.
Rate it three stars or fewer when it arrives and tell us what went wrong. Our team reviews every report and any refund due goes to your wallet instantly, or back to your card in three to five working days.
